Refund and Returns Policy

At Vruksha Silk and Sarees, we strive to offer high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
We take return/Exchange only the delivered Items are Defective.
Take a Unboxing video to claim Return/Exchange

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.

NO Refund will be provide on the items will sold, only exchange is possible
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or tailored sarees.
Items purchased during sales or promotions.
Sarees that have been altered or used in any way.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at vrukshasilks@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the defect. We will offer a replacement.
